ELIGIBILITY
We are looking for a wide range of photographs from all photographic genre and subject matter, all photographic media is welcome. The call for entries is open to all photographers internationally.
Selected artists will have their work featured in the exhibition opening November 27, and will also be featured online.

The TEN X TEN show is an annual small works exhibition with an opening reception in November for Black Friday Sales. TEN X TEN focuses on offering affordable collectable works that are ten inches by ten inches in dimension, and sell for $100 each. Support the shop small, shop local business model of the gallery and participate in this show.

SUBMISSION FORMAT
Select the number of images above and click “Add to Cart.” Check out at the Pay Pal form. Email photographic images in jpeg format: 300 dpi, at 10” X 10”. Name each image file with your name and corresponding number from the entry form image list below, for example: smith_jane_1.jpg.
Enter all of requested information from the entry form image list in the body of the email. Attach your images and

NOTIFICATION OF SELECTED PHOTOGRAPHERS
Participating photographers and photographs will be posted online at www.mwcponline.org.
Artists must check the website for the list of selected photographers, notification emails will not be sent out.
INFORMATION FOR PARTICIPATING PHOTOGRAPHERS IN THE EXHIBITION
Exhibition Format:
MWCP will print your exhibition quality image for the TEN X TEN SHOW at no cost to you. Prints will be exhibited in ten x ten inch frames rented by MWCP for a $15 fee. At the close of the exhibition, photographers have the option to purchase the print, or framed print and we will ship it to you. Remaining prints will be featured in the gallery for sale in flat files for a period of one year. Any work that has not been purchased after one year will be donated to the Midwest Center for Photography Benefit Auction which will be held each year. Photo copyright remains with the photographer at all times.
Associated Fees and Information:
There is a 40% gallery commission for work sold, 60% paid to artists. MWCP reserves the right to reproduce images for promotional and publication purposes if necessary. Any work that differs significantly from the entry, or is sub-standard quality will be disqualified from the exhibit. MWCP cannot be responsible for damage or loss during shipping transit. Entry fee is non-refundable, no exceptions. By submitting work to the call for entries you agree to all terms and conditions set forth in the entry form.
